2. Fantasy Sports Disclaimer

WinFPL is a fantasy sports companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the official Fantasy Premier League (FPL) or the Premier League. All team names, logos, player names, and related data are property of their respective owners and used for informational purposes only under Fair Use.

3. Contests and Prizes

Our competitions are games of skill. Participants enter by paying an entry fee, and winners are determined based on objective criteria provided by the official FPL API.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid contests.
• Tie-Breakers: In the event of a points tie, the official FPL tie-breaker (fewest transfers made) will be the final authority.
• Prizes: Prizes, including jerseys or cash equivalents, are distributed as described on our platform. We reserve the right to verify winner identity before distribution.

4. Payments and Deadlines

We offer both automated (Paystack) and manual (WhatsApp verification) payment methods.

• Deadlines: To be eligible for a specific Gameweek, your payment must be confirmed **before** the official FPL deadline for that week.
• Late Entries: Payments confirmed after the deadline will be applied to the **following Gameweek**. No refunds are provided for late entries.
• Refunds: All entry fees are strictly **non-refundable** once the payment has been verified or the Gameweek has commenced.

5. User Accounts and Integrity

Accuracy and honesty are required for a fair competition environment.

• Single Entry: Each individual is permitted only **one team entry** per contest unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts or "proxy" teams is strictly prohibited.
• FPL Violations: Any manager found to be suspended by the official Fantasy Premier League for cheating or rule violations will be immediately disqualified from WinFPL contests without refund.

6. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or terminate Service access at any time for breaches of these conditions, especially those related to payment fraud or contest manipulation.
